This is excellent news for private yacht owners and gulet cruises as they can now clear Turkish Customs locally in Bozburun when entering/leaving Turkish waters. Gulet tours cruising Simi and the other Greek islands starting from the Bozburun Peninsula will now save a day compared to those starting in Marmaris. Gulet cruises from the Bozburun Peninsula can now avoid the long detour to Datca and sail directly to Simi.
